As a consequence of this addiction he is striving to become Lego Serious Play facilitator by the end of this year. In his spare time Dave works as Ivory Tower Basher at QXperts. In this role he helps clients with visualising process complexity on the areas of security, compliance, risk, and service management and provide solutions for simplification and re-engineering. He is a big fan of miro, cynefin, wardley mapping, event storming, threat modeling, and liberating structures.
